Welcome to jayantijewellers.com, your trusted destination for gold, silver, diamond, and designer jewellery. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Product Authenticity & BIS Hallmarking
All gold and silver jewellery sold on our platform complies with BIS 916 Hallmark standards.
Each gold item includes a unique HUID code for authentication, as per Government of India guidelines.
Customers are encouraged to verify product details using the BIS Care App for transparency and trust.
2. Orders & Payments
Orders must be confirmed by paying a minimum of 90% of the total value on the date of booking.
Full payment is required within 15 days of booking, unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment modes: UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and trusted payment gateways like Razorpay.
3. Delivery & Pickup
Ready jewellery items are typically dispatched within 3–7 working days.
For made-to-order designs, delivery timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.
Customers can also choose in-store pickup from our Gobindanagar (Goghat), West Medinipur showroom.
4. Exchange & Return Policy
Return will be initiated within 5 days refund amount will be credited within 7 days in the original payment method.
Jewellery can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided it's unused and in original condition.
Exchange product will be delivered within 5 days.
Customized or altered jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Items must include original bill and certification for exchange.
No refund/exchange will be processed for used, damaged, or broken jewellery.
5. Old Gold Exchange
We accept old hallmarked gold jewellery for exchange with new hallmarked items.
Weight-based exchange applies — no melting loss on hallmark verification.
Old jewellery must be tested and verified before value is confirmed.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders not collected within 45 days of booking may be considered cancelled.
Advance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation after manufacturing has begun.
7. Pricing & Weight Disclaimer
Product weights and prices are subject to minor variations due to manual crafting or finishing.
Final billing will be based on actual weight at delivery time and prevailing gold/silver rates.
8. Limitation of Liability
Jayanti Jewellers is not responsible for any indirect damages, delivery delays due to unforeseen events, or inaccuracies caused by third-party tools. We strive to provide correct, up-to-date, and trustworthy product information at all times.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in West Medinipur, West Bengal, India.
Important Terms & Conditions:
As per the new guidelines set by the Government of India, always check the HUID number and name code engraved on the gold jewellery before purchasing. You can also verify it using the BIS Care App on your mobile. This will help you confirm the item's authenticity, license number, and the jeweller's registered location.
Any jewellery purchased from us can be exchanged within 7 days without any additional charges, provided there’s no damage or alteration.
On the day of booking, 90% of the gold price must be deposited. The price will be fixed on the same day.
Within 15 days from the booking date, the ordered jewellery must be received and the remaining amount settled.
Any placed order must be collected within 45 days, otherwise, it will be considered cancelled.
Old jewellery can be exchanged only with pure gold jewellery.
If any jewellery is returned after purchase, exchange or refund won’t be possible.
For exchanging old hallmarked gold, no deductions will be applied. You will get new hallmarked jewellery of the same weight in pure gold.
